Ok, so I've had this domain name, pheneousphreak.com because that's my xbox live account name for about a year now. Low and behold I missed the opportunity to renew the name on Register.com. When I tried to renew the name with them before it went to domain limbo Register.com tried to "extort" $35 for renewal and $125 for reactivation of the domain.
Now, I've been a member with Register.com from over 5 years. They wouldnt budge on the pricing or cut me a break what so ever. My domain name went into a pending status because the held it at the DROA Domain Registry Of America. What crap. I have since moved my primary domain name and this domain name to godaddy.com. I highly recommend this domain registrar. You can get domain names for about $8 a year or transfer for about the same amount.
